In these years, Reco-Tech technicians have specialized in overhauling and retrofitting injection molding machines of all brands to meet customers’ needs who want to redevelop their machinery.

The activities are mainly carried out at customers' headquarters to minimize production downtime. If the replacement of the PLC, CE certification and painting are also requested, the machine is transferred to the Reco-Tech headquarters equipped for these processes.

The energy savings that are obtained with these applications (30% savings with cycles of 20 sec. up to 70% with cycles that touch the minute) have made the retrofit of molding machines with inverter one of the most requested activities in recent years.
